Medical Office Building

 - Stayed across the street at the Fairmont. Used this lot and when checking out on a Sunday, the lot was closed. There was no sign to let us know it was closed. We are now unable to get to our vehicle.

 - I was torn between giving 3 or 4 stars. In the end, the experience was fine. The location was great, near the Westin, the Fairmont and other pricey hotels who charge $50 for overnight parking. However when I tried to enter the lot (at 7:30pm, lot closes/locks at 9pm) the woman didn't want to let me in, I could not get a ticket, and she finally read through the paper, argued a bit, and let me enter. In the morning, the guy who I had to give the parking garage ticket, plus my prepaid parkme receipt to was also a bit resistant AND - had I not had a printed version, I don't know if I would have gotten out as easily as I did. Something needs to be done at the lot(s) to ensure staff knows they're participating in this service.

 - The parking spot was convenient to where I was going BUT the spaces are too small with the large concrete pillars to accommodate more than economy size cars. Personally I feel that this lot should be economy only because of the lot sizes and the driving in and out is very tight especially when you meet another car, there's just not room to maneuver in there at all. I had a very hard time parking and I have an Acura RL so not a large car. I won't use the lot again unless I am driving a small car!!
