Consequently, I am compelled to avoid parking lots using this system and have started frequenting other local stores with more reliable parking solutions. I urge Ralph's and Kroger to consider a more effective parking management system that enhances, rather than detracts from, the customer experience. The previous system was straightforward and functional; a return to simplicity or a new solution is crucial for maintaining customer loyalty.
