 - If I could give this zero stars I would. I was charged $20 for parking plus a $1 fee! I was in Ralph's and the bank for less than an hour. Metropolis refuses to fix it. Beware and avoid. If you ever give this company your credit card info, they will charge it even without your permission and they charge you fees just to pay them. Ridiculous. Should be illegal.

 - I am deeply disappointed with the Metropolis parking system at Ralph's in Westwood. Despite my long-standing patronage of over 15 years at this store, I've encountered multiple erroneous charges. One particularly concerning incident involved being charged for parking in Long Beach while I was still in Westwood, raising serious security and privacy concerns. Consequently, I am compelled to avoid parking lots using this system and have started frequenting other local stores with more reliable parking solutions. I urge Ralph's and Kroger to consider a more effective parking management system that enhances, rather than detracts from, the customer experience. The previous system was straightforward and functional; a return to simplicity or a new solution is crucial for maintaining customer loyalty. If I could give the Metropolis system ZERO STARS, then I would.

 - I have been incorrectly charged twice in this lot. It's ridiculous. It's preying on people who may not notice or take action.

 - The parking system at the Ralph's in Westwood is very difficult to use and makes it harder for customers to shop there. Terrible, cumbersom system. If you do anything wrong, it bills a bunch of money to your credit card and you do not find out about it until later.

 - The new Metropolis parking system is bad and a time waster. They erroneously charge people with an unattended AI camera system, who then have to waste their time getting their money back. The data they collect across other browsers and apps on your phone while using while using their service (listed in their privacy statement) is a breach of privacy and completely unnecessary.

 - This parking system is actually retarded as fuck. $10 every 15 fucking minutes.
